Classroom training prepares the trainee with the techniques to efficiently and accurately complete the insemination process. Viewing windows are positioned such that the trainee has to work blind and the tutor has a full view of the trainees technique.
Accurate feedback greatly speeds up and improves the learning experience and therefore the skill level acquired in the classroom prior to progressing to live animals.
